大的問題沒有 但就是過於照騙 看看我拍的視頻 房價實際上很小 設施也很舊 遠沒有攜程提供的照片那麼現代化。早餐雖然包括在內 但並不是自助 麪包咖啡這些不限量 但肉食衹能上一份 入住的時候提前在前台的菜單中選一個 以各種蛋卷為主。位置還行 離商業區很近 不到10分鐘的腳程就有超市

Прекрасный отель! Номер, завтраки, ресторан отеля! Чисто, уютно, просторно. Удивилась, когда прочла в отзывах, что завтрак "скудный"... Завтрак в этом отеле как " завтрак+обед =2 в одном" каши, сырники, салаты, рыба под маринадом, курица, блины... Для детей хлопья, попкорн, молоко, джемы и т.д. Расположение: в самом центре старинной Костромы. Театр Островского - смотрела "Собака на сене" - в 10 минутах пешком от отеля.

Худший отель в нашем путешествии по золотому кольцу. Холодильник громко гудит, подключиться к вай фаю большая проблема, отопление шумит, шумоизоляции нет, персонал пытается помочь, но это просто не в их силах

Отличный отель, небольшой, уютный. В центре. Заказывали в номер кофе с грушевым штруделем- восторг! Номер был с балконом, вид на купола собора! Самые приятные впечатления об этом отеле.Всем рекомендую.

Хороший современный отель. Вот если бы все отели Золотого Кольца ориентировались на такой отель, то люди гораздо сильней любили ездить по своей стране! Очень приятно находиться, вкусный ужин и завтрак. Хороший чистый номер, белоснежная постель, идеально вымыта сантехника. Отдельное спасибо уборщицам за их труд и качественно выполненную работу. Это видно. Я много езжу, и по России в том числе, и данный отель меня приятно поразил. Если в Кострому, то только сюда!

Проживала в в Я отель 22.07.23 одну ночь в составе организованной туристической группы! Начну с хорошего что отель реально супер хорошие чистые номера, вкусные ужины и завтраки! Теперь о плохом мы заезжали туристической группой из 9 человек, на ресепшн нас попросили сдать паспорта, что является нарушением закона РФ. Отказавшись это сделать я попросила оформить карточку гостя при мне, что бы я сразу смогла забрать , в чем мне было отказано ! С фразой что до нас был заезд ещё нескольких групп и их будут оформлять в первую очередь ( хочу отметить что на момент нашего захода в отель у ресепшена не было ни одного человека) . В результате мне пришлось просидеть целый час в лобби пока сотрудник непонятно чем занимался прежде чем мне наконец предложили оформить все документы и выдали ключи от номера ! Очень печально что такое прекрасное место оставляет плохое впечатление из-за некомпетентности сотрудников, нулевая заинтересованность в клиентах! Прошу обратить внимание на это администрацию отеля и пересмотреть порядок регистрации!

Была в Костроме в командировке, ночевала в одноместном номере 1 ночь. На ресепшен при заезде есть "велком" в виде вкусной настойки из чернослива. Расположение отличное, в самом центре города. Номер был с окнами во двор. Кровать и подушки удобные. Но в самом отеле очень шумно. Звукоизоляция кошмарная. Если вы планируете утром проснуться позже 7-8 часов, можете не мечтать. Ночью подвыпившие гости идут к себе в номера, орут на этаже. С 6-7 утра персонал начинает таскать какие-то тележки, громко под вашей дверью разговаривать либо по телефону, либо друг с другом, шуметь мебелью. Понимания, что это отель 4*, а не съемная квартира у бабушки, нет напрочь. О тишине и покое можете забыть. Завтрак нормальный, голодными не останетесь. Приносили по 4-6 сырников на 6 человек, все за ними чуть не в драку. В целом, все неплохо. Но во второй раз я сюда бы не приехала.

Прекрасный современный отель с отличным местоположением в самом центре города. В номере есть все и даже больше. ОЧень уютное место, прекрасный персонал. Хороший ресторан и бар с отличными наливками (кому это важно).
