This is my first time staying here, it’s a bit disappointing because I think it could be better than GHome since its rating is higher. However, for me GHome is a lot better.
Even though you’re staying here but you need to check in at GHome. The air conditioning and tv remote are out of battery, it took time to switch on the air conditioner and adjust the temperature, for tv I didn’t really watch it. There is no WiFi as I’m concerned, so I tried to connect to GHome WiFi. My tablet could connect to the internet, but not the phone.. The room looks older than expected and the light is quite dim.
Next time should stay at GHome again.

Check in/out fast, good to borrow a mobile charger, pressure water good, hot water supply. Iron and board available. Elevator up to 4floor. Air refresher smell everywhere.
NO drinking water (no dispenser too) available. No heating kettle, no toothbrush toothpaste. Tower no changed second day.
Dirty and stain: bedsheets, pillow cover, toilet bowl cover, table chair and floor.
Price quoted over charged; I got low price in last minute over short moment (offer?)
No checker inspect with records: the hygiene and cleanliness; unchecked problems trouble customers.

The place is interesting, but unfortunately the available facilities are lacking. The beds look old, the towels had stains, and there were no appliances to boil water. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with no basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo. It appeared rundown, the mirror was unclear, and the soap holder was already in bad condition.
