The room had a moldy smell, and I had to use my perfume to spray it so I could somewhat sleep. The pillowcases and sheets were yellowed and hadn't been updated; they were still using old ones, which was very unhygienic. The towels were so dirty they were black and hadn't been replaced with new ones. The only good thing was that the air conditioning was cold enough. However, I suggest the hotel management do some maintenance; it could be a great place to stay. Keep it up!

We stayed at the Crown Garden Hotel for two nights and had a lovely experience overall. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, with comfortable bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were attentive and friendly from check-in to check-out, always ready to help with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, though it did get a bit crowded during peak hours. The garden area mentioned in the hotel’s name lived up to expectations — a peaceful spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening. A few minor drawbacks: the Wi-Fi was a little spotty in some parts of the building, and the elevator was slow during busy times. Nothing major, but worth noting.

Located right next to the 'Cheng Ho Cultural Museum' in Kelantan's Chinatown, this place offers convenient parking and easy access. There are several dining options right on the main street, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the Siti Khadijah Market.

The bed is clean and very quiet. will come at next time. just the break first can make some improvement

Overall, the room was good, but the wardrobe had a musty smell that bothered me while sleeping. The room wasn't soundproof at all; I could hear snoring from the next room. 😂 The cleanliness could use some improvement; the towels weren't new and looked like they'd been used for years. 😂 They really should replace them; new ones can't be that expensive.

A simple budget stay with basic necessities. Please note that the rooms are compact and feature older furnishings, which may differ slightly from promotional images.

Hotel location is right at the chinatown where can enjoy local street foods, always stay here.

It's a shame there's no fridge, especially since the listing mentioned there would be one. The room also had an unpleasant smell.
