Excellent hotel room with excellent services. Excellent behavior of staff. Best quality of food. Neat and clean hygienic hotel rooms and outside areas. Conclude that staff and hotel services are very very excellent. I will visit again the hotel

Very Nice Hotel! Very nice hotel. Lovely warm courteous staff, very good rooms, excellent location very close to the railway station. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Overall very good experience .

I had a wonderful experience at the surpin palace. Every staff member I encountered, from the reception to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! Food was excellent Overall, I had a great experience with surpin palace staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate any event wedding, birthday,etc.
