Had bulk booking. Location is not in city centre. No complimentary regular water or water bottles in room, we need to buy buy water bottles from hotel. Staff kept asking about paying some x amount without sharing itemized bill/slips. Got hand written note after few hours mentioning room wise expenses. Yet to receive proper bill for the extras.

Not suitable for family with kida. As every where it is mentioned "allowed unmarried couple. This property is suitable them only. Room cleaning is very bad, my booking was confirmed and even i confirmed the check-in time, but they did not change the bed sheets. Took payment through up i but denied to provide food bills.
