The hotel's location is great, making it very convenient to get around using Grab. You can store your luggage for free if you arrive early, but after checking out, there's a charge of 10 RMB per piece for luggage storage.

The location is excellent, right by the pier. We had a high-floor sea view room, and the apartment was fully equipped, even coming with breakfast vouchers. There are also plenty of food options downstairs and a taxi stand right outside.

The check-out experience was extremely bad. My deposit still hasn't been refunded after 10 working days. When I checked in, I paid a 100 MYR deposit for one night. I had to check out at 6 AM the next morning to catch a 9 AM flight, but there was no one at the front desk that early. When I paid the deposit, they said it could be refunded through the payment system after I returned home, and then later said it would take 7 working days. On the 8th working day, I contacted them via WeChat, and they've been giving me all sorts of excuses, so I still haven't gotten my money back. It's really infuriating. I highly recommend everyone avoid booking rooms at this hotel in the future; their service attitude is terrible.

The worst staff attitude I've encountered across all the hotels in Malaysia so far. They were very impatient, whether over WeChat or in person. It's a self-check-in, and the working hours end at 10 PM. The upsides: the sea view is nice, and it's very close to the pier.

The guesthouse is in an apartment building. Check-in is at Tower 2, and our room was in Tower 1. It's very close to the pier, within walking distance. The room was reasonably clean and had a small fridge, but no washing machine. However, there's a self-service laundry room downstairs. With three beds, it was perfect for our family of four.
