The room is very clean and tidy. When you open the door, there is a fragrant smell. Overall, it is very comfortable. My family and I really like it. Best place.

Nice Airbnb in Kota Kinabalu, walk to the suria Sabah shopping mall with just 5mins walking time. Abit small the Airbnb room, small group coming here will be suitable.

So many things to improve.. very frustrating check in process. I called the owner to ask about the check in process since there are no front desks. The owner asked me to whatsapp, which she then passed my number to her staffs, “Person In Charge”. And when i asked about check in’s.. she asked me to fill my details and stuff, not answering my questions about check in’s. So after filling the form they asked to pay for a security deposit RM100 via online transfer. NO NO CASH YA. Only then will they tell me the check in instructions. Took about 30++ minutes for the instructions to be given. Then you have to get the key in the mailbox on the 32nd floor. Get down again to park your car inside the building. The lift access card does not allow us to use the lobby lift. We ended up using lift BOMBA the whole time. Just SAD. Parking tickets costs RM15 per day. furnishing just basic stuff, bed, fridge, tv. No rice cookers, just a small pot and a medium sized pan for cooking. Dining chairs 2 only, and a bench sofa in the living room. Got iron and ironing board. For check outs, gotta put the key back in the mailbox. The deposit will Be refunded within 24 hours. But ours was transferred at about 9pm the same day we checked out. Overall, not a good experience.

Checking in is okay, but response to messages is very very slow. Location is good. We didn't use any of the facilities Food and amenities are nearby The smell at the lift lobby is horrendous Before checking out, the cleaner tried coming into the apartment without permission. No respect for privacy

Staff is not friendly at all. Texted for so many messages and never reply. Wifi in the unit is not working as well. The worst part is no free parking!!! This is the first Air bnb i went that doesn’t come with free parking. 0/10 Not to say the unit is full of dust. Whats more? There’s cockroach!!!!! Not recommend at all.

Great but not that great, waiting time to check in got delay.

All else is good except the services. 1. Only provide check in instruction after make deposit (8AM), but after deposit i never get instruction until i need to remind them again at 3PM when i reach the homestay. 2. I stayed JQ before, and given 2 access card. But this time I only got 1, which is so troubling when we families come back to JQ at different time. 3. After I check out (12PM), I sent picture as a proof which I put the key back to the mailbox, hoping can get the deposit back ASAP. They only reply my text in the late evening asking my account number for refund. But after i gave them, they dissapear again. Still waiting for my refund ( 0835PM )
