The water heater its unstable, sometimes it works sometimes not. Even the toilet it’s unacceptable with all the stain and I see cockroach in the toilet too terrible hotel I’ve ever stay. Will not come back again

I’m a late guest arrival at 24th midnight. Then since I wanna take the bus starts from 24th 7.30am at KK sentral, I just try to walk in this hotel to ask them if I can stay. A warm heart madame welcome to me, then the walk-in price a bit than trip.com. This madame told me I can book a next day and check in for “tonight”. She told she can shift it for me. Really touching detail it is. Saving a bit money for us. The room facility a bit aging but everything is good. Expecting next time to visit KK.

Hotel/room is very old and mouldy around AC. However, for the price (50% from published rates) which include breakfast for 2, cant complaint much. reception is very nice to allow late check-out until 12:30pm. Location also good

Dirty, old vibe, staff not so friendly, 2 times i go here both booking got dirties room. Towel, pillow and so on need to pay rm10 . Please improvise

Smooth check in and check out. Friendly front desk staffs. Strategic location with plenty of shops and eatery nearby. Clean and tidy room although a bit classic setting and furniture. Value for money in city centre. Basement parking available for Rm 2/entry. Spacious room.

Have stay here many times. This hotel is actually a good place to rest and enjoy. Just about 20 minutes from Kota kinabalu International Airport, 7 minutes drive to jesselton city habour.
