The hotel is relatively new and conveniently located in the city center. However, the check-in process felt a bit slow. Even though I booked two rooms through Ctrip, I still had to show proof of payment, and one of the rooms wasn't ready until around 5 PM.

Great location, close to Gaya Street and major shopping malls, yet still quiet. The infinity pool is clean, and the gym has a full range of equipment. Most importantly, all the staff are professional and genuinely friendly. Plus, the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied! Five stars!

The hotel's cleaning service was very sloppy. The room was supposedly cleaned while I was out getting food, but when I came back, the trash on the floor hadn't been picked up. I stayed for three nights, and they didn't replace the slippers unless I called the front desk – I've never encountered that before. The service was also quite poor. I wouldn't say it was good or bad, but definitely indifferent. The first room we checked into was dirty, both the table and the floor, and the air quality was terrible. We were later moved to another room, which they called a complimentary upgrade (though it didn't really matter), and the air was noticeably better there. As for soundproofing, we were on the 17th floor, and there was basically no soundproofing at night. We could clearly hear the traffic downstairs and people singing during the day. I don't understand why they don't use soundproof windows these days? Overall, the stay was very unsatisfactory, and I'd say quite disappointing. The hotel's location is decent; it's 20 minutes to the airport, and the main streets are within walking distance, but they're all tourist traps, which was a letdown.

Check-in wasn't allowed until 3 PM. When we did check in, there were a lot of American and Australian soldiers. The rooftop pool was taken over by the US military. Other than that, everything else was okay.

Facilities: Meets Sheraton's standards. The bedding is comfortable and the decor is quite new. There's an outdoor infinity pool on the 23rd floor (top floor) with sunset views. Hygiene: No issues. Environment: Plenty of dining options nearby. There's a local restaurant downstairs, and it's not far from Gaya Street. Service: Very friendly and efficient.

✨ **Highlights Worth Praising** 🛏️ **New Facilities & Great Sea View:** The room decor has a modern, quality feel. We stayed in a sea-view king room, and the view was absolutely stunning! Although I saw other room types had bathtubs 🛀, ours didn't, but gazing at that sea view still put me in a great mood. 🗣️ **Seamless Chinese Service:** The front desk has staff who speak Chinese, making check-in completely stress-free. This is very friendly for families traveling independently or elderly guests! 🍳 **Abundant Breakfast Selection:** The breakfast choices were incredibly diverse! The biggest surprise was the freshly squeezed juices, different colored Yakult drinks, and yogurts. The bakery and cold cut sections also offered a wide variety, leaving us very satisfied with our meal. 🌅 **Rooftop Pool Sunset:** The outdoor lounge area and pool on the top floor offer an excellent view. Watching the sunset here in the evening provides amazing photo opportunities 📷! 🏋️ **Well-Equipped Facilities:** The gym equipment is also new, and the design of the recreational public areas is very stylish. ⚠️ **Warning: Things to Note (Book with caution if these bother you!)** 💨 **Residual Renovation Odor:** Because it's a new hotel, there was still a noticeable renovation smell in the room. If you are sensitive to smells or traveling with a small baby, I recommend avoiding it for now and considering it again after some time for the smell to dissipate. 🔨 **Noise Disturbance:** One morning, we were woken up early by construction noise. 🔌 **Minor Hardware Glitch:** There was a minor power outage issue with the bedside socket in the room, which made charging phones inconvenient. I hope the hotel can fix this soon.
