facilities all good.. receptionist very friendly and helpful.room very clean,but toileterist not complete.just soap only.and aircorn not cold.

Parking berbayar. Need to install Sabah parking apps Ada lift Tandas bersih CCTV all around area Nak guna ironing set kena bayar RM 10 Kat bawah hotel ada restaurant, bakery, laundry. Kedai2 yg berdekatan ngan hotel ada Jamal salim retaurant, laundy coin, bataras, 7eleven, we drink, Ai cha, car wash

-Floor tiles detached and cracking may cause harm to guests -Wallpaper is peeling -Only one power socket for a families room is certainly not sufficient

Staying here is super convenient if you have an early flight, as it's really close to the airport. There are plenty of food options nearby, and even a local supermarket where you can easily grab souvenirs.

Great location as nearby a lot restaurant. Nearby KK airport and can listen plane sound very clearly. Suggest more updated tv with network instead of local show which is very unclear to watch. Aircond unable to adjusted as the air direct to the face when sleep. Overall is acceptable for short term. Thanks

Everything was ok, but the ironing facilities was bad. I just want to use the iron but had to rent💀

The hotel room was acceptable but very basic. They provide towel but ni toiletries were provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. If you need to iron your clothes, iron and iron board are available but you need to pay around RM10 to use it. The bed was comfortable. Overall stay was okay.
