The staff is really helpful , Just parking lot is not available for visitors , which is shopping mall is prohibit to parking and make us pay . Hope theres a special parking lot for guest from hotel at some specific area .. thanks .

This hotel is a suitable choice for those on a low budget, especially given its convenient location within 1 Borneo Mall. Being situated inside the mall makes it easy to access shops, restaurants, and other services without needing to travel far. The hotel provides all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a fan, towels, soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, and hot water. There are also practical furnishings such as an open hanging space for clothes, two small drawers, a security safe, and a small wall-mounted table. One important point to note is that the one queen bed room actually offers more space for placing luggage compared to the family room, which may feel slightly more cramped despite accommodating more people. Overall, this hotel is a practical and affordable option for travellers who prioritise convenience and basic comfort over luxury.

Honestly, the hygiene was really disappointing, and the room was incredibly small. It's right by the road, so it was very noisy at night with all the motorcycles. The front desk staff were nice and helpful, but the hotel itself was truly terrible. Don't fall for the cheap price!

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations due to the room design and maintenance issues. We booked this room because mentioned in the description has window. Actually, the room had no proper window—only a fixed glass panel that could not be opened, which made the space feel quite enclosed. The bathroom door could not be locked, and the shower door did not close properly, causing water to splash outside the shower area. The hanging area was positioned directly above the bed, which felt inconvenient and unsafe. There was also no chair provided, and the foldable table was placed right beside the bed, once opened, we have to sit on the bed. It also appeared that the room was originally designed for one queen bed, but two queen beds were fitted into the space, making the room extremely cramped and uncomfortable. We always give good reviews. But we are telling the truth about this hotel.

The room was clean. Although it felt a bit small, it was very nice. The staff’s service was also excellent. Bath amenities such as shampoo and soap were provided. Highly recommended
