The property itself is deserving of the ibis chain. Very industrial design. Comfy beddings and pillows. Decent breakfast. Location is 30 minutes away from central core. My room had a broken shower hose but they swapped it out in a jiffy. No toothbrush, toothpaste or room slippers. Not sure if it’s an ibis thing. The all in one shower gel in the shower had only four or five pumps worth in it.

Is was a good place to stay. Easy to walk around and have restaurants to find a good meal and seafood.

Nice place to stay for a layover flight, day trip, friendly staff, cozy room. Nice bedding too!

First room in 10th floor was subpar. Aircond wasn't working. But responsive staff made it possible for room switch. 5th floor much better. Breakfast. Room condition is new and good. Breakfast spread was good. Not many TV channels available.

It takes about half an hour to get from the airport to the hotel. The hotel has a very industrial feel, the air conditioning works great, and there's a fridge. The in-room Wi-Fi, however, is quite poor, often disconnecting and being very slow. Breakfast was decent though.

The location is outside town is chill and quiet place. Walking distance to restaurants and facilities. Good for business and family travelers

Clean and good breakfast, location is slightly off city centre but not too far, friendly staff and quick service. Room service is quick as well.

This hotel is 10 km from the city center, which was perfect for me as I was driving. It's also quite convenient for visiting the Floating Mosque and the Pink Mosque at Universiti Malaysia Sabah. The hotel's exterior is grand and looks beautiful both day and night, and the interior decor is also very nice. Breakfast was good, and you can order an omelette. However, there were some drawbacks. During my second stay, which was for two consecutive nights, the housekeeping staff didn't replenish the water after cleaning. I informed the front desk, and they said they would bring some, but it never arrived. When I tried calling later that evening, no one answered, so I had to go to the gym to get a bottle of water. The faucet in the sink was a bit stiff to turn. Also, there was some minor noise from the upstairs drainage coming from the bathroom floor drain, which was a bit annoying.

Been coming to this hotel for all balik kampung and business trips to KK. Limited parking during leak hours. Good place especially at the restaurant to hang out with friends.

Great service. Friendly staff and free parking for tourists. There's a restaurant and draft beer available downstairs in the lobby.

Pros: - The room is decent and clean - Staff service is good (during breakfast on the first day, 1 lady waitress comes and interviews a bit about rooms and buffet service) - They provide things that i commented on during the interview (spoon and slippers in the room) - Secure since I need a key card to use the elevator - Ample parking space and free - Breakfast got good varieties & table setting had ample spaces in between Cons: - Not much amenities provided in the room (only a small plastic bag, a face tissue & multipurpose soap) - I tried going to the rooftop at night, and it was dark 😅 (was hoping to chill on the rooftop at night) Suggestions: - A complete amenities - Noodle soup during breakfast tastes so good but missing protein (eg: chicken or meat) - Improve the balcony outside surau as it gets potential as a good photo spot

servis is good, food very delicious. Except the blanket have a little blood stain and yellowness but the room is clean.
