Great location just next to a shopping mall. Room is small with no tv. The windows in some rooms were fake. Good for overnight stay to go for a transit flight. But if you are travelling to KK perhaps choose other hotel with bigger room and amenities.

Everything was fine at the beginning. My horrible story started when I checked out. I forgot to ask for my deposit（paid by cash） back and l went straight to the airport. Later that day I contact to the male staff as the receptionist didn't know how to transfer my money back to me. The male staff replied in a rude way. Sometimes he even didn't respond. What worse is he even lectured me by emphasizing he is not responsible to transfer deposit to a foreigner which indicates he might keep my money!!! The whole thing ruins my holiday Though I get my deposit back at the end. 我們離店的時候沒有給回我們按金，我們索要按金的過程他們（男店員）態度非常粗魯，並聲稱無義務歸還。直到我們聲稱如果他們拒絕歸還按金我們會一直投訴他們才歸還按金。
