Regarding the air conditioning in the room, pay attention: you need to press the 'Air Con' switch first (it's not on the AC unit itself, nor on the remote, but on the wall in the room). Otherwise, you won't be able to turn it on at all. The hotel is extremely close to the airport. However, traffic in Sabah can be very congested, so even though it's close, you should still allow plenty of extra time. The hotel provides bottled water. Overall, it's pretty good. The front desk service was quite nice; not as aloof as I'd imagined Malaysians to be.

Near to airport, affordable price, but need some improvement in hygiene. Our body get itchiness for the whole night sleep. Due to our early flight for the next day, we just compromise it, luckily only sleep for few hours

I was worried about the late check-in, but thankfully, the staff kindly guided me. However, it was a bit hard to find the hotel's reception desk because it's in a mixed-use building. Friendly residents helped me find the hotel, so it all worked out.

Near airport but unfortunately no iron provided at our 8th floor. Have to take iron from the reception counter.
