Good service and clean environment

Good and ideal area

It is located in the centre of town and quite accessible to some tourists attraction. If you are not picky then you can come here just to rest during the night time.

The hotel is very strategically located near the Pasar Besar KK, Pasar Malam Todak and a mosque. In the morning, many activities happened at the Pasar Besar and at night, you can go eat seafood at the many stalls in the Pasar Malam Todak. All are within walking distances of less than 5-10 minutes away. The hotel has been in the business for quite a long time. However, the accommodation and room cleanliness are well up kept and maintain. Other amenities such as restaurant and Speedmart are just nearby.

The location of the hotel is very strategic in the center of the city. Clean and comfortable room. The hotel does not have an elevator.

The facilities are very outdated. The wallpaper is almost falling off. It feels like an old inn. I arrived at my accommodation at 2am and was staying at the Citadines right next door for 5 nights, so I booked a place I could walk to in the morning, but I regretted it after I checked in. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your heavy bags.

The hotel staff is very professional. We left our Philips adapter in the room, and the staff helped us keep it. When we were on our return flight, they helped us give it to the Grab driver to take it to the airport. Thank you very much!
