The room is okay for a small family. However, it’s not very suitable for those who are sensitive to noise because the room is not really soundproof — you can even hear the person next door showering 😂. But overall, the room is still okay and comfortable for our stay.

Prior to making the reservation, I had reviewed numerous negative online comments, primarily concerning issues with the air-conditioning and bathroom facilities. As a result, I contacted the hotel directly to seek clarification. The front desk staff assured me that I would be allocated a room without such problems and stated that it was designated for foreign guests and had not received any complaints. Relying on this assurance, I proceeded to book a twin-bed room. Upon check-in, we were required to carry our luggage to the third floor due to the absence of an elevator, and no assistance was offered by the staff. Although the room layout was acceptable, it was poorly maintained, with visible damage to the headboard. On the third evening, after returning to the hotel during heavy rain, we discovered that the shower was not functioning properly, with no water supply initially and only minimal cold water later. Despite being informed that a technician would attend to the matter at 11:00 p.m., no assistance was provided even after 11:25 p.m. Subsequently, the air-conditioning unit began leaking water. When I requested a room change, the staff initially declined, citing a lack of availability. Only after I insisted on speaking to the manager or owner was a replacement room, free from these issues, finally provided. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel, as it is evident that management has failed to take previous guest feedback seriously or implement necessary improvements despite repeated online complaints.

The hotel located near to Tanjung Aru but you’re commuting by Grab it’s probably going to take some times. But overall, nice hotel for solo travelers!

The room was not clean, some facilities needed repair, and there were cockroaches. The sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. Our flight arrived after 11 PM++, and when we entered the room, there were no lights at all. We had to go down to the front desk to inform them before someone came to fix it. Also, when we were ready to check in, the person in charge was outside smoking. We had to wait until he finished before he came to assist us with the check-in. Totally don't recommend and won't book stay again.

Convenient location, plenty of parkings if you drive. Restaurants, 24hr laundry, convenient stores are all within walking distance. Near airport, so it'll be a little noisy.

Repeated stay, overall is good. Nothing can complain with this price.

On arrival, there was no roomboy, so we had to bring our luggage along the way to the room. On the second night, there was no cleanup room, and the Wi-Fi was not good. I got 1 queen and 1 single. For toiletries, bring your own. There was no complimentary water. There is a convenience store near the hotel. It is near the airport, so we can hear the plane's voice very clearly. If you need a quiet place, this is not for you.

Not recommend to anyone due water heater problem and electric supply maybe got problem .Air condisioner and light got some eletric problem.

Overall, everything was okay, but there was one significant issue: no iron was provided in the room. We had to go all the way down to the first floor to iron our clothes and headscarves. This was particularly inconvenient as we were on the second floor with no elevator, making it quite a hassle to constantly go up and down just to iron. They really should provide irons on every floor. It's tough for guests to keep doing that, especially for those with young children. I understand it's a budget hotel, but even other budget accommodations I've stayed at manage to provide irons on each floor. I sincerely hope they can improve this.
