Very comfortable, and I would definitely stay again. Everything met my expectations and the service was excellent

We stay in for 4 persons for 2 nights The junior suite + extra bed is suitable & comfort. The hotel is very near to Pasar Pilipin and Anjung Senja waterfront, jalan kaki saja.

Due to the tight schedule, I last minute booked this hotel, but fortunately, I think I made the correct decision. When I checked in, the receptionist (Ms Lea) helped me upgrade my booked room. Deeply appreciate her service!

Good 3 nights stay at promenade hotel,location wise is very convenient and getting around the city with grab service,were considered comming back if I have the time cheers😀

The room was very comfortable with a pretty view from the window. I was also really impressed with the bathroom. I truly enjoyed my stay here! The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of dishes at different stations.

The breakfast food was quite tasty, but the variety was a bit limited. Also, even though we stayed at the hotel, we had to pay for parking ourselves. Otherwise, the environment and service were great – a fantastic experience! Plus, the hotel is right in the city center, and you can walk to the largest mall in Sabah.

The room was great, and the staff were very enthusiastic and could speak Chinese without any problems. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. We were upgraded to a king-size sea view room for free, which was a very thoughtful touch. Highly recommend staying here!

Only 15 to 20 min drive trom airport. Cross the roac in front of the hotel and you're facing the sea. The sea view is not that great though. 10min walk to che "Philippines Market" which sells a lot of fresh produce and street food but it's very smoky. Another 10min walk away and you reach Api Api Night Market but it only opens on Fri n Sat night. Hotel serves a decent & good spread of buffet breakfast. Service staffs are smiley and friendly.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, and the location is good. I will keep coming back.

Good stay n walking distance from attractions. Breakfast was average n taste was inconsistent. Day 1 was better compared to 2nd day. Can improve in future

I recently stayed at the Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu, and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—right in the city center, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants, shopping malls, and the waterfront. It’s convenient whether you’re here for business or sightseeing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was cozy, the air-conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was stable. I also appreciated the small touches like the coffee/tea facilities and a good-sized work desk. If you’re lucky to get a sea-view room, waking up to the South China Sea is definitely a bonus. The hotel facilities are also great. The breakfast selection was good with plenty of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and I felt well taken care of. Overall, I had a very good stay at Promenade Hotel. It has great value for its location, comfort, and service. I would gladly choose this hotel again the next time I visit Kota Kinabalu.

Nice, clean and comfortable room especially the bed. Good service and there is a plate of fruits ready for me.
