I have had the most wonderful stay here. seamless check-in, they upgarded my room to sea view, the staffs were really friendly and accommodating. There were some system upgraded with their tv, however, it gone back to normal in 15 minutes! I feel loved and well taken care of by the staff. the breakfast spread was top notch and meets my standard. My husbands opted for the valet parking and he was so happy! also, I travel with my 3yo son, and they gave free toiletries 🤩. I was so happy and wilould definitely come back and would recommend others to stay here! xx

The Hyatt Regency in Kota Kinabalu offers a phenomenal view of the South China Sea which you can request it via booking. The room itself is in a mediocre state with signs of aging as the windows won’t close properly and there is a drainage sound whenever the sink is turned on. The swimming pool is quite small and can be crowded at times making swimming laps not ideal. The buffet offers a variety of food and the service was friendly and helpful.

Amazing location. Near all the big malls and within walking distance .
Room were exceptionally big and clean . They had everything that you need and with a big toilet too !
Long and large mirrors all around too!!

Nice hotel with a very good location. Close to Gaya street where there are many eateries and where the wkend market is located. Next to the iconic round about and the sea front.
The hotel may have been look dated, but the rooms looks to have been refurbished since last stayed here.
Rooms is spacious and bed is comfortable. No issue with cleanliness. Didn't use any of the facilities as we just stayed a night before heading out to KK park. Good value for money.

Old hotel but they have refreshed it. Rooms were huge and modern..book a seaview facing room if you plan a more relaxing stay.

Booked the hotel for my parents and they love it very much. Most spacious hotel they've stayed. Great view. Breakfast has a lot of variety. There's also a lot of nearby eateries that is walkable.
