Easy access to gaya street night market. I can say it is a stategic place to stay in the heart of KK

The location is perfect as it is in the centre of the city. You can find food around this area. The room itself is reasonable big and clean. Only disappointed by the basic function like the bathroom ventilation fan is not presented. Water pipe need a fix and water sink clogged.

Always a good choice to live when travelling to KK, room space is spacious enough for 2 people. Location the best for shopping and eateries downstairs.

Very good but not to be confused with the rest of your services which is still needed for upgrading.

The location of the hotel is so strategic, in the middle of the city & easy to go around by walking. Recommended!

Very good place to stay but a little bit hard to find parking because near to crowded place

Been to Kota Kinabalu multiple times, in which I always looked for fancy/branded hotels but in the end I think this hotel would be my frequent often - because of it’s location. The fact that I don’t need to take any ride since everything is around. Basic room and toilet, tho a bit seasoned. Windowless but who cares, I don’t even realised it was raining outside. The room was spacious however. You need to pay RM 100 deposit. Will def come back.
