Very good staycation. Spacious, clean and near the city centre

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location is excellent, and you have access to the infinity pool and a gym.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right at the doorstep of the night market, and behind it are the pier and a shopping mall. However, the facilities are really old. For the same price, I feel like you'd be better off staying in a guesthouse. I wouldn't highly recommend it.

Our first night in Kota Kinabalu, we picked an affordable place just to get by, and it turned out to be quite good. The room was spacious and offered great value for money. The location is super convenient, right on Gaya Street, surrounded by all sorts of eateries.

Excellent location and cleanliness

Facilities: Old and outdated. The lighting was so dim I almost slipped and fell on my way to the bathroom in the middle of the night – it was that bad! Cleanliness: Pretty good. It was cleaned thoroughly every day. Environment: Very damp and not soundproof. Service: My silk scarf! My silk scarf! They threw it away when they cleaned the room. It was a souvenir I bought! I couldn't get it back. Service: And as soon as I arrived, they gave me a room at the end of the hallway. Everyone knows it's bad to stay in an end room. I had to negotiate many times before they finally gave me the room next door to an end room. Don't take advantage of us just because we're two women!

The location is superb! It's right across from Foo Yuan, next door to Coffee Bean, and just a short walk to Yu Kee, making it incredibly convenient for both breakfast and dinner. Plus, it's very close to the night market. The location truly is its biggest advantage.

This hotel's location is absolutely amazing! It's right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. Plus, it's just a 10-minute walk to Jesselton Point. You can find it right next to the Maybank building, and there's even a night market on weekends!

The room was great, and the air conditioning was nice and cold. Couldn't get an extra duvet, only blankets, and they weren't delivered. The location is pretty good, convenient for getting to the mall. Also, I left something behind at the hotel and they helped me find it after I emailed them.

Very old hotel. Booked 3 rooms, but some rooms have odd smell. Maybe it needs to have a major cleaning and maintenance services.

Hotel Sixty3 is an older hotel, but its facilities are very well-maintained. The rooms are incredibly spacious, really big, and the hallways are also very clean. The location is great, near Gaya Street, with lots of places to explore nearby, and it's not far from the jetty either – you can walk there. A very satisfying experience overall.

The location is fantastic, highly recommended! It's only a 5-minute walk from Jesselton Point, which is perfect for island hopping. You can easily get there on foot. The hotel has a very retro vibe, but it's exceptionally clean.

This hotel definitely lives up to its reputation as a long-standing establishment. Everything was pretty good, actually. The location is super convenient; I stayed for three nights and went downstairs for food and late-night snacks every day. It's also within walking distance to the ferry terminal! Thumbs up!
