Deco Home @ Imago the Loft

This was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. The unit was in a terrible condition and completely different from what any guest would reasonably expect. The unit was full of cockroaches. We found cockroaches crawling on the floor, and even worse, cockroaches were flying out from the air-conditioning unit. The overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were extremely poor, with obvious signs of lack of maintenance and upkeep. The unhygienic condition of the unit also caused skin allergy issues during our stay. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe throughout the entire experience. To make matters worse, the unit management team was unresponsive and did not provide any meaningful assistance when the issues were reported. Guests are effectively left to bear all additional costs themselves, and obtaining a refund is extremely difficult despite the unacceptable conditions. Stay at your own risk. I strongly recommend reviewing the actual photos attached to this review before making any booking decision. These photos accurately reflect the true condition of the unit and what you may encounter during your stay.

Absolutely unacceptable. We arrived to find stains on the bed sheets and bedding, along with a filthy toilet seat that looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. Seeing this immediately raised concerns about the overall hygiene of the property. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation when booking accommodation, yet this property failed to meet even that standard. It is shocking that a place in this condition is being offered to paying guests. Very disappointed and would not stay here again.

Overall, the homestay has a lot of potential and offers a pleasant stay experience. The location is definitely one of its biggest strengths very convenient, with a shopping mall just downstairs, making it easy to access food, groceries, and other essentials. There is also a swimming pool available, which adds to the overall enjoyment, especially for relaxing after a long day. The unit itself is comfortable and suitable for short stays. However, there are quite a few maintenance issues that need attention. Some items were broken or not in good condition, such as the shower head, curtains, and door. These issues slightly affected the overall experience. In summary, it’s a great place in terms of location and comfort, but it would be even better if the management could improve on maintenance and fix the broken items. With a bit of improvement, this homestay could easily become an excellent stay option.

Very good location.. Easy to access mall. Very clean and has big room

Well, this is an expensive stay while Chinese New Year seoson, but unexpected so worst the replied of service, some more the amenities almost non, no tissues, no enough drinking water even small botol, the cookware just for look/deco only, cannot be used, the front door lock also not fix well... One word for all - BAD!

Suitable for a big family stay. Cleanliness was acceptable, and the check-in instructions were complete and clear. Overall, a nice and comfortable stay, though an update to the décor would be a plus.. has stay here for 2 nights… view so stunning 😊
