Hotels near Puthiyapalam Masjid, Kozhikode

It's my 03rd visit to the hotel. Hotel can be easily located. Further the breakfast was excellent and service at the restaurant was also superb. However the reception was not upto the mark and the amenities was not provided in the room. No soap and other lavatory items were provided in the room. It seems the washroom was not maintained or provided with sufficient amenities for the next customer on that day of our arrival. Seems lack of professionalism in that case.

When i reach the room after checked in, there were a lot of dust on the floor, after when i complaint to the front desk, a room service boy cleaned the room. There were parking facility, but when i reached, not get a place to park there. On night security arranged a parking there. Also restaurant service was not nice, some of their dishes was poor quality

I am writing down my real experience with the hotel service. Today I had a worst experience with the accommodation in this hotel. I already enquired and booked the superior room rated 3600/-and I was checked into the hotel by 12-8-2023 evening 3:30 pm. Dipin KC (+91 73564 16333) was whom assisted me during the check in time. The service of the staffs of the hotel to the customers is very poor. After check in ,I went for lunch at Gazania Mezbaan Restaurant and waited for more than 1 hour for getting my ordered food. After that I went to room for taking test and at that time I couldn’t make my rest because of the high volume songs since the DJ party was going on at the hall and also there were people who were drunk. I complained to the reception staff but no response and also no actions were taken from their side.And they behaved a wrong manner. I decided to check out from the hotel because of the bad experience and service I had whom didn’t give any value to the customers. I called Dipin(+91 73564 16333) who said he is the manager but he also responders in a good manner and I didn’t get a solution for my problem. I checked out from the hotel by 8:30 pm and they were refunded only 600/- which I paid 3600/- at the time of check in.when i enquired about the charge to the receptionist named Shibin ,he told that it’s the charge .They were charged 3000/- for just five hours and was check out from the hotel due to the issue from their side itself. This was a worst experience for me and they didn’t value their customers. Not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please go through my comment if you are looking for room in this hotel.

I recently stayed at Emerald Hotel Calicut during a business trip. While the hotel has some positive aspects, there were a few things that didn’t quite meet my expectations. However, there were a few downsides. The hotel did not quite match the images I saw when booking, which was a bit disappointing. The cleanliness was also not up to the mark, and maintenance could certainly be improved. Though it’s understandable given the price range, I believe there’s still room for improvement in these areas. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay and can overlook some issues with cleanliness and upkeep, Emerald Hotel is a decent option.

Hi was good to stay at this hotel had convinient travel to reach out places not tried breakfast over here have access near by hotels available for my lunch and dinner options water bottle need to provide before we check in but they immediately reached on my request good place to stay

Had a great stay at Raviz , the experience was excellent and the service from the staff were very professional specially to your reception team they have done a great service including all the staffs, hotel located at Center of city which very accessible once again thank you so much , highly recommended

The best property to stay in Malabar Best ambient food and cozy room will give you very luxury living . Very traditional look and spacious Restaurant spread is amazing , delicious . I personally recommend this property . Cool and warm

In dimora what i liked the most is the food. It really tasted great and was authentic. You dont get exact taste of other cuisines in kozhikode, very hard to get. When we got to experience here, we really enjoyed it. Kudos to the team
