Great service from the front desk all the way to the restaurant. Every staff member was lovely! Overall, everything was excellent. I got to truly relax and recharge.

Overall, the stay was good, but I don’t feel it was worth the price. I mentioned in advance that we were celebrating a birthday, but the hotel did not provide any special arrangements—not even a simple room decoration. In comparison, the second hotel we stayed at was much more affordable, yet they prepared a simple room decoration and even provided a birthday cake, which was a thoughtful touch. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it has its own beach club. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. There were only a couple of occupied tables, and the atmosphere felt more like a regular beachfront restaurant than a beach club. There was no live music, and it closed relatively early at 8:30 PM. On a positive note, the food at the Sip Pool Bar & Beach Club was very good. However, the breakfast was quite basic and offered limited variety. That said, I would still recommend this hotel to travelers who prefer a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing environment.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The property is very well maintained, with beautiful surroundings and a calm environment throughout. There were plenty of activities available to keep guests entertained including Muay Thai classes, which were a great experience. The resort offers excellent value for money considering the quality of the facilities and services provided. The breakfast was also fantastic.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with plenty of activities.

Check-in experience was not very smooth. We arrived early and had to wait quite a long time for check-in, and the hotel also arranged the wrong room type initially. The lobby was quite hot and not very comfortable while waiting. However, the room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable, which made the stay pleasant overall. One thing to note: the jacuzzi tub is placed on the balcony instead of inside the bathroom. This makes it a bit inconvenient as it can be seen from nearby rooms, so privacy is limited and it’s not very suitable for a fully relaxing soak. Overall, the experience was still good, but the check-in process and jacuzzi layout could be improved.

Great stay! Breakfast was good, the place is clean, and the beach is just across the road. It’s easy to book private island tours thro the hotel, and the staff are very helpful. Highly recommended!

a little disappointed when we had remarks to make honeymoon decorations but not done by them. The amenities also remarks free but actually have some fee. If you want to enjoy the facility, please standby extra money.

This was probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The level of service, cleanliness, and the overall modern feel of the property were outstanding. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was very convenient. The only downside was the noise. I understand this isn’t an adults-only hotel, but there were many children, and some guests were not very considerate of others. Doors were constantly being slammed or left open, causing them to beep repeatedly. As a result, it was often difficult to enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel.
