The hotel feels a little dated but can’t complain for the price. Room was clean, had a fridge and the location was perfect.

Good Hotel

It's a very basic hotel that meets the essentials. The photos are better than the actual hotel.

I was traveling from Yala to pick up my family in Surat Thani and then on to Krabi. I might have checked in late (9:45 PM). The person who picked me up was probably the hotel owner. He looked like he'd just woken up. Understandably, I was late. He asked me if I had made a reservation. I replied that I had made one through Trip.com. The owner immediately replied that the hotel had not made a transaction with Trip.com, but through Agoda. I asked why I had made the transaction with Trip.com. The owner replied that he probably had hired Agoda to make the reservation for me. I didn't mind. After handing over my driver's license and taking a photo of my phone, I teased him, saying, "I don't usually let people take photos of my ID card," he replied curtly, "I'm too lazy to turn on the photocopier." (Huh?! How could you say that?) I didn't say anything more. She handed me the key and told me I was staying on the 4th floor, which had no elevator. I was like, "Huh? I'm with my family, but there's no elevator? How many times do I have to carry my kids' stuff?" The hotel owner didn't answer. I asked, "Do you have a room downstairs?" The owner replied, "No, it's full already." I was really upset. At that point, the owner even said, without even caring, that the customer could just notify Trip.com to cancel. I was really taken aback by that statement. I promised, this was just the one time. With a family room costing over 1,100 baht, and bringing my child to Krabi, and then experiencing this, P.S. I lost my key, so I'll just charge them, as is the custom. P.S. Trip.com should also state that there's no elevator, as the owner stated on Agoda. If you're bringing a family, I don't think it's very convenient.

Good value for money, not far from the night market and 711. The room is dark and some lights don't work. Climbing to the 4th floor without an elevator is tiring! The front desk does not speak Chinese

come to Krabi every time Always choose to stay here. Good service, very clean. This time stays for the 5th time and is very impressed.
