We had a fantastic stay at Panan Krabi Resort during our recent trip to Krabi. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. A special thank you to the resort for the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. We were also truly touched by the thoughtful birthday arrangements. The birthday cake was a lovely surprise, and the birthday room decoration was beautifully done and made the celebration feel very special. It was such a memorable gesture and showed the genuine hospitality of the Panan Krabi team. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location is also excellent—very convenient for exploring Ao Nang and nearby attractions. Thank you again to everyone at Panan Krabi Resort for making our birthday trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this resort and would definitely love to return in the future!

The hotel is in a good location. You can barely see the pool from the room, but you do have a mountain view, which is nice. Breakfast is tasty and varied. However, the room itself is outdated, not very clean, and the light switches don't always work.

Overall, the experience was great. The location is very convenient, with restaurants, massage , and 7-11 nearby. Although I didn't mention it was a birthday celebration when I checked in, the staff thoughtfully arranged a surprise for me, which I greatly appreciated. However, on the last night, a girl who went to the wrong room banged on my door for almost 10 minutes at 1am. I called the staff to handle it. This is something the hotel should pay attention to in order to ensure that guests are not disturbed.

What a lovely stay it was here. Everything was how a hotel should be! This needs to be a 5 star hotel as it was perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Krabi, Ao Nang. Everything is close and very short walking distance.

A great family-friendly hotel, perfect for kids. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and every staff member is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It would be even better if they offered a free shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach Pier.
