Wonderful! It is lovely hotel and very clean! 👍👍👍🌹🌹🌹

For what it is, it's really great. You're not missing much by not staying in the town centre... this is a new and thus sparklingly clean hotel a 20min walk out. But the area has supermarkets and one of the best pizza joints Krabi. Rooms are basic but a decent size and beds are comfortable with nice linens. Would return.

Room was super big and spacious. However the plugs situation at the bed was werid. Beds are just 2 singles joined together. Balcony was a plus because we can dry our clothes on there. Toilet was super big as well. Hotel had many trips provided and it was easy to book via them. They have bike rental as well. Loads of food in the surrounding area and 5 mins walk to a 711. Fount desk was super friendly and helpful. Although I asked for a non corner room in my notes but hotel did not give me that. Room door was thin so we could always hear the corridor movements

Everything was perfect. Fast check in. Clean room. Friendly staff. Many restaurants near by the hotel.

Excellent location

Location- just outside of the main krabi town- close to a few restaurants and 1 min from a big (tesco) lotus supermarket Fine for us as we were travelling to koh lanta the next morning and only 15 mins from krabi airport Staff- extremely helpful, checked in late and helped us book transport to koh lanta. Recommend the shared mini bus rather than private car- 400 baht and you get driven the whole way over a mini ferry which the car will drive onto Breakfast- very good value for money- you get a lot of food!! We had omelettes plus croissants plus fruit! Room is basic but clean- good for one night and would stay again as a stopover

Always end up coming back to Sita. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Have reasonable parking and the rates are good. See you next time.

Comfortable room, beautiful, complete facilities, very good value for money, has a mini fitness center, snooker table, swimming pool.

It is necessary to say that the noise during the refrigeration process of the air conditioner and the refrigerator is devastating! The room is not soundproof, and there are frequent activities upstairs, which reduces the comfort of the room. Another point is that when I checked in, I agreed with the boss on the price of long-term stay, which has been set. What if I continue to stay? Everything is fine, but when I checked out, the female boss told me to choose another hotel! I wonder why this is? Sure enough, I feel that she thinks that I strongly requested to change the quilt cover when I checked in! But the fact is that the quilt cover is indeed a bit damp! It's incredible. Do you think I'm asking too much and too much trouble? There is no need to be honest. This is the fact! I don't want to slander her, I just feel weird. I won't consider choosing her again. I hope the hotel will increase its patience with guests in the future! Those who have requirements for noise are advised to be cautious!
