We stayed for just one night while visiting my in-laws. We were looking for a hotel with a good pool area for the kids, and it definitely met our expectations. We arrived around 8 p.m., and the lobby was quite busy with guests heading out for dinner. Even so, check-in was quick and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised that the receptionist personally escorted us to our room, especially considering how busy the front desk was at the time. The staff were kind and immediately connected with the kids, which made us feel very welcome. The room was the first real “wow” moment of the stay. It was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely mountain view. The next day, the kids spent most of their time at the pool. The pool staff were especially friendly and helpful. The water was a little cold because of the rain the night before, and it was quite windy, but that didn’t stop the kids from having a great time. Check-out was just as smooth as check-in. The bell staff even took the time to ask about our trip and chat with guests, which was a nice personal touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place at a reasonable price. The location is also excellent, with plenty of local food options nearby.

Excellent hotel, great location and very very good service. Call them at the reception for anything she they deliver it to your room in less than 5 minutes. Evening is writing 10-15 min waking distance. My only gripe, was the fact that the bathroom didn't have proper sealing, so any sounds made in the bathroom would permeate into the room. 🤣🤣🤣😂😂
