There was the step at bathroom entrance, which is big, unnoticeable , you may hit it accidentally and stumble upon. Another thing I disliked is that administrator asked to give my phone in her hands. That is inappropriate. If they want to see confirmation of booking - that's fine, but I will not give my phone to strangers. In the room there is nowhere to dry your towels or clothes. Electricity in the room switched off for 5 minutes, it looks like it is the often problem in the area. Location is far from being convenient. It was impossible to find public transport to the airport in the morning. The shower is mounted into the wall - that is also inconvenient.

Honestly. Riverside hotel had a fairly good service. I did not like the first room they had given because it was not the one I saw and booked for (it on the first floor, last room on the corridor), they immediately found another room and relocated me. The rooms are very old. The first one had mold and rust and it didn’t help that the window was facing a wall. But the location was beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. As a female traveling solo, I felt safe and secure.

I do not understand why this property has received such a high review rating. The actual room was completely different from the one shown in the pictures. I booked 5 rooms for my family, and we were assigned to Building No. 3, which does not have an elevator. As we were traveling with my elderly father, we had to request a room change to the first floor. Additionally, we had to change one of the rooms due to a strong unpleasant odor coming from the air conditioner. The blanket in another room also had a bad smell, similar to mold and dampness. I am very disappointed with the overall condition of the rooms. The only positive aspects are the availability of parking and the short walking distance to the Mid Carb sculpture and the walking street.

the location is great, near halal breakfast restaurant, &mud crab night market where you can find many halal street food, but to go to hotel building we have to walk to different building and they didn't have any elevator or bellboy

Hotel experience was not good at all for the price paid. 1. Hotel don't have lift for some blocks which is not written on trip. Com. 2. Room has no cubboard to hand cloth. 3. Small fridge was not working. 4. No kattle available for hot water, making tea /coffee. 5.No tea or coffee pouch provided. 6.Door lock is normal house lock. If you forgot to lock using key, you will leave the door open. 7. My block C had no security any one can directly come upto room and may cause safety issue. 8. Asked hotel to book a transport to Had Yai which front desk old lady failed to do. 9. Reception is without aircondioning. If you sit there, you will feel very hot. This hotel at this price point is not recommended in Krabi.

Very affordable hotel to stay. Bed is very comfortable, no frill and easy for budgeted stay. Easily 5 star service and value for money. Reception helped to call other hotels for us, and was service was excellent. Highly recommended.

The stay was an absolute delight in many ways the cleanliness of the room and common areas was impeccable, making it a very pleasant and refreshing place to relax. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, contributing to an overall fantastic atmosphere, and the facilities were great—everything was lovely and well-maintained. However, there's a significant caveat the WiFi! It was exceptionally poor, majority of the time it was cutting out completely, and slow when it did connect.
