Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort

Really beautiful place right on the beach. Several pools. Nice restaurant and amazing breakfast buffet, even for me as a vegan. Our room was nothing special so we spent most of the time at the pool. Many chairs to lie on in the shade. A bit over priced for the Chinese new year holiday. But we really enjoyed it and the staff was very friendly and moved us to a new room after we complained about noisy neighbors. Check-out time is 11am which is a bit early to be honest. But you can still relax by the pool and facilities after checkout.

Nice villa with great rooms. It had a tub in the balcony and the sea facing view was unreal. The bar and facilities were amazing. It is in a nice and quiet place. It is very close to the place to get boat for island tours.

Very Disappointing Experience Our stay here was honestly a big letdown. The customer service was extremely poor — the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful whenever we asked for assistance. The beach area was such an eyesore; instead of being relaxing or beautiful, it looked dirty and neglected. The breakfast was another huge disappointment — limited options, bland taste, and overall very unhygienic. The whole place had an unpleasant smell, and the surroundings felt old and poorly maintained. It’s really not worth the price they charge. - stain on bedsheet - cats in restaurant - beach not swimmable

The local was really convenient. It’s next to the metro. The staff very friendly and helpful.

I’m giving this hotel a 0 review. The first room offered had mold on the ceiling and lots of bug. We got offered a second room where we ended up being woken up by construction at 7am. All today there was construction on the site of the hotel making it impossible to enjoy the amenities pools etc. We decided to check out the day after and go to another hotel. They refused to reimburse us the last nights. I travel a lot a lot and I suggest you for this price to find another hotel in Krabi.

The hotel's pool and restaurant are reasonably nice, but the room lighting is poor and the furniture is old. One evening, an uninvited guest arrived in our room: a mouse lol.
