Frank Ao Nang Krabi Resort Reviews

First of all, I paid for a bungalow but when I arrived there the bungalows were fully booked. The staff admitted that they made a mistake and gave us a “deluxe” room. However, that’s not what I wanted nor what I paid for. We were forced to accept it since we had no where else to go. Secondly, when we arrived in the room it had a unbearable stink. After a few attempts we realized the stink was coming from behind the mini refrigerator in the room. When we called the staff to check they found a dead animal in the back of the fridge. They replaced the fridge but I find disgusting that they would even rent that to anyone. Third, the towels and the sheets provided were dirty and full of stains. Fourth, they have a sign stating that the swimming pool is open during the night but they closed it at 9pm and the staff was even unaware of the sign stating that the pool is open until 3am. Long story short, one of the filthiest places I have ever stayed and they not even had my reservation. Honestly, I paid to you for something I did not get and use.
