Small room, window is facing a wall, little natural light. No breakie

The hotel location is poor far from city! Nothing nearby! The hotel room they will forget to clean. We booked the cab for phuket they charged me extra to drop to hotel in Phuket but the cab driver denied. So The hotel staff cheated me and charged extra money but never provided the service. There are many other hotels which are better than this.

Swimming pool is …. I guess it should be for children… adult cannot swim in it.. swimming is on 5/F and we lived on 2/F. The swimming pool’s sterilization smell can be smelled on 2/F… No view even have window… Overall, it is ok if you are not going to swim in this hotel..

A very nice,clean hotel. The room is good as well.Nice paint job, large bathroom ,it feels comfortable to stay in this hotel. Just I had no view, was blocked. So to be sure, ask for a room with view.

Very nice stay! Clean and nice pool area

I like that the room is clean and comfortable to the eyes. Most importantly, the breakfast is good. What I like the most is the corner in front of the counter. There is a big teddy bear corner that is very cute. This place has many corners. I like it.

The staff are very polite and provide excellent service. The room is very comfortable and clean. There is a swimming pool on the fifth floor to play in.

The room is neat and clean, but there was some hair in the shower that hadn't been removed. Otherwise, everything is fine.
