Great small hotel, away from the busy street and only 2 minutes walk away... What really surprised me my child became really Ill and we panicked, went to the hotel reception to get medical attention and within 2 minutes they are at our door rushing our child to the hospital, stayed with us and explained and translated all the procedures and after a few hours my child was stable and was allowed to be discharged, the hotel took us back and anything that was needed they took care of us and always checking up on him, that was a call beyond duty... thank you!

Overall it's a comfortable stay! Thank you to the hotel for the set up decoration. Location: Walking distance to AoNang Commercial Area and Landmark Market. Maybe about 15 minutes walk. Service: Staffs are able to speak English. Amenities: Basic ones are provided. Others available upon payment. Cleanliness: Acceptable standard. Would recommend for couple to go for this room!

Stayed here for 3 nights with a connecting room Everything is good. The hotel is near the long-tail boat station which is only a 5-minute walking distance.

Affordable and very good for families with young children.

This is our 2nd time staying at the hotel. We love the family room so much. The kids enjoy having jacuzzi every night. The kids pool is fun too..

The room is not so clean. Sound proof. Is not good can listen to people walk around at very late time

We are extremely disappointed with our recent stay. Upon arrival, we were forced to pay an additional 200 THB per night for our 7-year-old child, despite not given an extra bed.. Staff claimed this fee was listed on the website, but on Trip.com, it only mentions charges for extra beds. We were charged 600 THB total, and even a 50 THB fee was demanded for an extra towel. The staff were unhelpful and rude, repeatedly blaming us for "not reading" terms and giving inconsistent explanations. One even pretended to be new staff. To make matters worse, the bathroom door in our room was faulty where my child and husband got locked in three times. This was extremely distressing, especially for our young child. At the kids club, our children were scolded harshly for jumping and running which is expected to be the basic behavior in a play area. When we questioned the staff, she excused it by saying she had a sore throat. No apology was given, and the attitude toward our children was unacceptable. This hotel’s online presentation is misleading. The poor hospitality and lack of accountability completely ruined our vacation. We expected better, especially for a family-friendly resort. Staff behavior and the management of facilities were unacceptable.

The place was nicely located 5-10min walk from Ao Nang Beach and Reeve Beach Club and also 5-10mins from Ao Nang Landmark market. The hotel was nice and had a private jacuzzi if you opt for it. Only downside was the mosquito in the leisure room and the pool table is pretty wrecked.

Enjoyed my stay. Amenities were all nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful (special thanks to Mr Suttirak Bank). Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and kids play room. Complimentary daily snacks was an added bonus. Didn’t have options for halal food for their breakfast. Overall, my family were happy.

The hotel is not brand new but it was good for us as a family. We had family room which is two connecting rooms offering significant space. We spent most of the day on the beaches so used hotel to take shower and sleep. We did not use the pool and aqua park so can’t say anything about that. We only had one breakfast in the hotel which I found quite expensive to the family.

Staying here was great, not too far from everything, had wonderful breakfast and a room next to the pool. The kids were very noisy during the day but it was great to have access directly from my room.

Pleasant Stay with Minor Check-Out Issue Resolved 📍Ao Nang beach, Krabi The hotel provided a well-maintained environment with clean rooms, fresh towels, and courteous staff. The balcony bath was a standout feature. However, there was a minor issue on check-out day: appeared to be accessed by someone else and some sand was left in the bath, immediately after my return I received several calls about check-out timing, likely due to a misunderstandin about my early departure. Fortunately, the manager addressed and resolved the issue promptly. Overall, my stay was pleasant. 8/10
