Good location. Few minutes walk to Ao Nang beach. 7-eleven is just right at the front. Great staff service. Since check-in through to check-out. Everyone was helpful and serving happy smiles. At check-out, Khun Bow(at our check-out) also helped recommend some restaurants.

The hotel's location is great, just about a 10-minute walk to the pier for boat trips. However, the room facilities are quite basic and don't match the price. Plus, the balcony door in our street-facing room offered absolutely no soundproofing, and the motorbikes on the road were really noisy.

The location is very convenient, and the service staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing. The breakfast spread was a highlight — there was a good variety of options, and everything was well-prepared and satisfying. However, the facilities and amenities do feel slightly outdated and could benefit from some upgrading. There was also a noticeable sewage smell at times, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, the pillows were too flat and could be improved for better sleep quality. Overall, it was still a good stay with great service and breakfast, but with some improvements to the facilities and room comfort, it would be even better.

The room facing main streets was too noisy. We lost our sleep on the first night then requested to change our room to the other facing which thankfully was much quieter. Overall great service and hospitality from the staffs. Kudos to them being accommodating and sincerely helpful. The morning breakfast was decent and enough options for my family.

Overall good hotel to stay in, however the aircond requires regular maintenance cause it's not functioning well and cause disruption to sleep at night. We like the staff's services as they are friendly and helpful. The location is great too. They have a massage center at Level 6 which offers great massage.
