Great stay at Ava Sea Resort! The room was very clean, breakfast was good with nice variety, and the location is excellent-just a short walk to Ao Nang Beach.

We stayed at this hotel for 4nights. The hotel overall is very basic. Not much of a pool area and the pictures are deceiving to how small the pool area is. The breakfast is not great but edible. Possibly could find better outside for less cost. The rooms are spacious but could do with some TLC. However, the hotel is in a great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. The staff were also very friendly and willing to help with anything you needed. If you are not bothered about staying on a big complex and just want something clean and location to everything I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The location is unbeatable—it’s a large property situated right in the heart of the action, just a short walk from Ao Nang Beach and surrounded by endless food options. The facilities are excellent; the swimming pool and fitness center are well-maintained and perfect for relaxing.

Location: The location is indeed quite convenient, with plenty of good food options nearby! It's a bit of a walk to the beach, about half an hour on foot. Facilities: The hotel facilities are just average. The hairdryer in the room wasn't very good. For a price of six to seven hundred, the facilities are comparable to those in a two to three hundred dollar hotel. Cleanliness: The hygiene was also just average. Service: The service was very attentive.

I think i would repeat staying at this hotel. I love the environment, private parking lot at the basement with security, the room is nicely equip with hair dryer. While ironing equip is by request complete with ironing board. The room is spacious and luxury. I love it.

Hotel front entrance was undergoing renovations and guests had to walk to basement for access lift to lobby exposed to rain. Management could have done better to moderate guests’ inconvenience. HOT water in bath was “faulty” such that each time technician fixed the hot water, again there was no hot water the next shower - could the technician activated the time switch to save electricity? My 5 days stay with cold showers after returning from the rain… bad experience.
