It is a hotel located on a quiet beach with a pleasant atmosphere, reasonably priced, and ideal for relaxation.

Nice place with good sea side view ,Little bit far from AO Nang and Krabi center.

I booked a room specifically with an ocean view and the check-in was at 2 p.m. When I arrived shortly after 2, the room wasn’t ready and the staff couldn’t give me a clear estimate of how long it would take. After quite a long wait and only when I insisted, they finally took me to a room that, unfortunately, didn’t have the ocean view I had booked. They didn’t offer any real solution other than basically suggesting I could cancel the reservation, which was not posible at that point. After askong to the manager they endednup giving a different took that looked more like the one of the website but still without ocean view hence it didn’t match what I’d paid for and very little help from the staff. The room didn’t have a shower but only a bathtub. On top it was dirty as you can see in the picture. To add to the disappointment, the spa experience was just as frustrating. The staff at the spa wanted me to book my treatment earlier than I preferred so they could finish their day sooner, which didn’t match their posted hours and was really inconvenient. The treatment itself was poor and below the standards I’d expect for the price. In summary, while the hotel’s structure is nice, it feels run-down and lacks maintenance. Between the unhelpful service, the room issues, and the disappointing spa, I can’t recommend staying here unless they make some serious improvements.”

The place was very nice and clean. The room is comfortable with big bathroom and has all the amenities. Has a direct beach access and the view was breathtaking. Highly recommend especially off season where they have great deals

The good part is the resort is direct access to the beach but far from conveniences of food and shops. Arrived after 4pm, room not ready. Requested for late check out, needed to bargain. Pls note that they charge extra B300 per nite for children above 5yrs and B500 for every hour extended. Paid more for Deluxe Room facing sea view with jacuzzi. Jacuzzi not working, bathroom shower head not working properly and stained, had sand and hair strands Upon going out in morning, housekeeper was doing next door and told to pls do our room next and also hung the sign Make Up Room but came back afternoon, still not done. Called to request, the person at the other end said my voice was loud and I practically had to whisper my request. Waited for another hour, decided to shower, housekeeper came, told to pls come back in 15mins, didn’t appear. Upon going out at 5pm, requested again at reception and they said the housekeeper went but couldn’t do it. So had to explain all over again. What a hassle just to get the room done! Breakfast - Eggs station - understandable that All types of eggs were pre cooked but served cold but when requested to warm up, was refused. Next, what we found terrible and truly unhygienic was all the chairs had birds and lizards dried up poops….not one chair was clean. It’s filthy, not caring for yr customers health! The reception staff is unfriendly, not helpful and do not carry their ways professionally …….this is the worst hotel staff we ever faced Frankly, we would never ever stay in this place again and for the record, this is my first bad review after travelling more than 40 years.
