Good rooms, good service staff, good location

I do recommend this resort!!! Very nice service. I booked sea view 2 rooms. They are really best view. Closing to the sea. Good breakfast. Good vibe. Private resort.

Nice service, nice and clean hotel good location

The water in the room was black!! Very unhealthy for my kids. The manager never gave any feedback.

The room is quite good. The environment is OK. The price is high. It is very pleasant to eat at the hotel's seaside restaurant at night. The hotel lobby is a bit far from the main entrance...

Our accommodation at Beyond Krabi was excellent. Beach view from the villa was nice. Rooms were a bit dated, but very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping staff did a fantastic job! Reception on arrival were friendly and efficient. Porters were lovely and happy to drive us to and from our rooms when ever we needed them. The massages at the Spa were good value. We opted for breakfast to be included and the selection was huge. However, the service in the restaurant was less impressive - staff seemed to be untrained and not particularly interested in their job. We stayed for a week, and every morning there were problems with the coffee machines (not emptied, no milk etc) which is really not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Generally, service at other meal times and the bar was not much better . Also, the laundry service which was quite expensive was terrible - our clothes did not appear to have been washed at all. Sadly, this was really disappointing and unfortunately let the rest of the hotel down.

The 5 points for the environment are mainly given to Beyond's beach. I stayed in Krabi for 11 days and stayed at three hotels (including Raily beach). This beach is the cleanest. There are fewer rocks and sharp shell fragments. The waves are small and can be used as a natural swimming pool. There are better places to eat nearby. There are few, so it is recommended to rent a motor vehicle or motorcycle yourself to come to this area. If you don’t want to swim in the sea during a family trip, you can stay at Sofitel. There are many rocks on the beach at Little Lion and Banyan Tree, so light snorkeling should be fun for couples.
