Bhu Nga Thani Resort & Villas Railay

This location was quite good but not as good as I hoped. The staff was helpful but the pool towel situation needs a refresher, cuz it was such a hassle to change. The pool was nice and good staff, prices more pricey than necessary. Breakfast was amazing and the room was spacious. Bed was comfy and the pillows amazing. Very important. Check in was smooth and really no complaints that would warrant not staying here. I will choose my old resort I've been to 3 years previously. Once you get used to a resort in 1 location is hard to change. Alsonrhe views were stunning and close by the East Pier

The location is good and the hotel looks nice. Our room was huge, but only partly renovated. It looks like it was renovated earlier but it is not nicely done. I expected for the price nicer rooms and better breakfast. Laundry service is offered, but they need more days then other places.The pool and the reception are nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Bhunga Thani. We were quickly greeted warmly by staff, and we were given access to our room a little bit early. Every staff member we passed by said hello - how lovely. Our room had a peak a boo view of the ocean and breakfast was sufficient for our needs. Most importantly to us, the resort was quiet and peaceful with easy access to Railay East floating pier and minutes from Railay West and Phra Nang beach (the highlight).

We stayed a pool villa and it was amazing. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Really good location near to the beach and walking street.

Our stay at Bhu Nga was truly outstanding from start to finish. The villa was exceptional — beautifully designed, spacious, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. It felt like a private sanctuary. The pool was one of the highlights of our trip. The water temperature was perfect, making it enjoyable at any time of day. We found ourselves spending hours there without wanting to leave. What made the experience even more memorable was the staff. The team was not only highly professional but also genuinely warm and friendly. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, which is rare to find. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the entire stay. Bhu Nga is the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave. We would recommend it without hesitation and will definitely be returning.

The check in time is 3pm and we got the room 2pm which is we are really appreciate it but it would be great to change the standard to 2pm like other resort. Location: You will need to walk to other side of island and they don't have the pick up service. Cleanliness: Every was great but we found some snacks around the bathtub. the room look like just renovated. Staff: friendly and great support. Facilities: Swimming pool quite small for the total room keys. Breakfast was good with many option.

We had a very disappointing and disturbing experience during our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, money was stolen from our room. What makes the situation even more concerning is that not all of the cash was taken — exactly half of it was missing. This made it less immediately noticeable, but it was very clear to us that the amount had been deliberately reduced. We always keep track of our belongings, and there is no doubt that the money was taken while we were out. This raises serious concerns about security and trust, especially in a place where guests expect their personal items to be safe. We only discovered the issue later the same day, after we had already checked out of the hotel, which made the situation even more upsetting. Because of this experience, we cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables.
