Very nice room at a very good price! You can tell it’s a bit old, but nothing critical.

We only stayed one night at this hotel. It's an old hotel that doesn't focus on details. There was a bottle left in the fridge from previous guests. The bed linens were stained, as were the towels. They should pay much more attention to these cleanliness details. The bathroom ceiling was also stained. The receptionist was friendly, and the location is very good. Fortunately we only stayed one night, as it doesn't deserve more nights.

Aircon not cold have to get reception to help adjust the controller to ensure the aircon is running continuously and non stop in order to achieve coldness in the room.

Very comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly staff. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the night market, so you'll need a short drive to get there. Overall, a great place for a peaceful stay!

The receptionist during the day was not very helpful,had issues with my air conditioning and the hot water didnt really work , it's not 1 the best stays In Krabi, the only thing that I did like was the location but supposed for the price if you're staying 1 night then it won't be so bad I wouldn't stay any longer

Reception very friendly and helpful

Fabulous huge room with everything you need. Only negative was the hydrofoil which was a bit noisy and keep us awake. We were on 4th floor room 412 so guess the water pump was above us. I have one in Turkey and had to put it on insulation blocks and house it in with ventilation, so easy solved.

This is my third time visit to this hotel whenever I visit Krabi. The room was clean and tidy. I had a chance to switch room as the former was not enough lighting. Overall, I enjoyed staying here.

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel after a pleasant stay. Unfortunately this time was different, we booked a van service with the hotel to take our elderly parents to Phuket Old Town Bus Station and paid at the reception. When the driver arrived the next day he announced to our non English speaking parents that he would drop them outside of town near his office. When we went down to solve the misunderstanding the driver started to very aggressively yell at our 70 year old parents. Finally he complied but when we complained about this behaviour to the hotel staff suddenly the receptionist spoke 0 English, we talked to the reception manager who was also extremely impolite and unpleasant. Very disappointed with the hotel service, cannot be trusted.

Made a strong complaint about poor room lighting with front office female staff. She replied in a very rude, high voice to me and my wife. Such a bad attitude.
