Wake up Aonang Hotel

Great location, right by the road with a 7-Eleven just across the street – super convenient, I went there multiple times a day! It's also close to the beach and quite affordable. The facilities and overall environment are pretty basic, so it's fine if you just need a place to crash, but don't expect anything fancy. 🌝🌝

More like a hostel than a hotel, the room design is quite unique. The shower, toilet, and sink are completely separate. Housekeeping isn't very prompt. It's not far from the beach, where the sunset is beautiful and you can also catch a show.

Besides the convenient location, I really don't know why this hotel costs several hundred for a night; it's quite mediocre, not much different from a backpacker hostel. Pros: It's just a few minutes' walk from Ao Nang Beach, which is very convenient. Across the street, there's a 7-Eleven, night markets for food, restaurants, massage places, scooter rentals, and tour booking offices everywhere. Cons: I understand that toothbrushes aren't provided, but the hotel only gave one bottle of hand soap. The bathroom only had one bottle of unknown liquid that seemed to be for both body and hair, but it was really bad to use. The showerhead also leaked, and the drain was clogged. There were no small towels, just one bath towel, meaning you had to use that single towel for everything, haha. Other: A 1000 baht deposit is required at check-in. The front desk isn't 24-hour, so there's no one available very late or very early.
