Good hotel. The rooms are spacious. There are three water slides for kids. Breakfasts are tasty and varied. Everything you need is right next to the hotel - a night market, 7/11, currency exchange, massage.

Not impressed from the moment we arrived. We went to check in, and usually, there's staff to greet you, but here, the staff paid no attention at all. We had to go and ask for help ourselves. There were also a lot of foreigners and Indian guests who kept trying to cut in line. There was no system in place to manage anything properly. The room was also delayed, much later than usual. For example, if it should have been ready by 2 PM, we didn't get our room until almost 4 PM, just left waiting. For me, once is enough. Honestly, the room itself was decent, spacious, and good value for money, close to restaurants and markets. But the management and service were simply not okay.
