Excellent hotel magnificent rooms just the AC to close to the bed you cannot sleep with the AC on same you cannot sleep without, I think hotel need a small fitness center instead two swimming pools we stayed 5 nights we really need to make some exercise after so many days , considering the amazing hotel level restaurant needs to offer some seafood bbq options you can find outside anyway

While my recent stay at the hotel had its downsides, there were some positives worth mentioning. The location was truly beautiful, with stunning surroundings that made for a picturesque setting. Additionally, the concierge staff were very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself felt run down, with noticeable signs of neglect. We were also significantly overcharged compared to other guests, and to top it off, were charged an extra 900 THB for a bed that was uncomfortable and barely usable. This left us feeling frustrated and unfairly treated. Despite the lovely location and excellent concierge service, the overall experience left much to be desired.

Great Experience Overall Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the staff very kind, and everything was very clean. During our stay, we stayed in two different rooms. The first room was a bit older, with the only issue being a strong odor coming from the bathroom drains. Aside from that, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The second room we stayed in was much newer, with an excellent bathroom and very good, comfortable facilities overall. The only drawback in this room was the pillows, which were not very comfortable. The hotel's location is very good. Although it faces the less pleasant side of the beach (Railay East), overlooking a mangrove, it is directly in front of the floating pier, the main arrival point for the beach. It also has a back exit that leads almost directly to the small town center and is just a few minutes' walk to Railay West, the more beautiful side of the beach. Overall, the cost-benefit is definitely worth it.

This hotel is really the most exotic attraction of Krabi with the most outstanding and unique jungle landscape surrounding you. You will feel like one of those guests from the now legendary ”White Lotus” series , arriving to a completely unforgettable location in style and having a very unique experience surrounded by a pristine beach, caves and canyons, and most of all - the eclectic grotto cave. Make sure to book your romantic dinner experience at the Grotto in advance. It's truly once in a lifetime experience.

Amazing hotel with beautiful surroundings and stunning sunsets. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend!

A resort in beautiful surroundings, quiet but still centrally located, this resort in Railay is located. Breakfast is optional for an additional charge, but I didn't use it. The service was great, requests were immediately taken care of. The rooms are very spacious and the view is magnificent. Highly recommended for a quiet stay!

The location of this hotel is very good, just near the West Beach Pier. You can take a boat from Ao Nang Beach and it's only a two-minute walk after getting off the boat. It's about a five-minute walk to East Beach Pier. Check in went smoothly. When you arrive before check-in time, you can store your luggage first. The hotel's garden is beautiful, the room is spacious, and the swimming pool is beautiful. The restaurant is facing the beach, there are only three or four staff members, which seems a bit busy.

The last time I came was in 2017. Everything was still the same. There were few people, beautiful scenery and super comfortable. The service was still enthusiastic. I felt completely relaxed. The environment is inevitably full of mosquitoes, but it is really close to nature, facing the mountains and the sea. It is highly recommended for people who like quietness. ps: Self-driving friendly, there is its own parking lot and ferry at Krabi Port, and you can get to the store as soon as you get off the boat.

We had a great time at this hotel the view 10/10, The only way to stay at this hotel is to book it with the pool and mountain view, breakfast was amazing, food from the restaurant where spot on. Drinks where great. Staff was lovely assisted us w the lugagge and with the last min room change amazing stay. Very relaxing. Only cons was the walk back everynight. Uphill and dark which is not their fault but just be aware.

Beautiful location a short walk up the hill. A little bit remote but since Railay isn't very big everything is easily within walking distance. The bungalow is pretty basic but the view from the balcony makes up for it. Would definitely come again.
