Express Kraków Hotel Reviews

The hotel is about 5 kilometers from the city center, and a taxi from the airport costs around 50 PLN. There are two parks nearby, as well as a large supermarket, making shopping and dining quite convenient. The hotel's restaurant is also amazing, and they even have an automatic water dispenser, which is pretty cool. A taxi to the city center costs about 25-35 PLN. The room was cleaned quite thoroughly, and towels were replaced frequently. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Krakow.

i love this hotel, the service is good as it lend an umbrella to me when it is raining, the room is clean.

This hotel is old and the service is terrible. People were banging on doors loudly at 6 AM and again after 10 PM. When I spoke to the hotel, they said it was just young people playing around. I'm really concerned about security; the door couldn't even be fully locked. It was also very noisy after 10 PM.

I can’t recommend the hotel ,very frustrating and location wise its far from the city centre no fridge inside the hotel room,,we were not happy with our stay in there 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Good thing is we can refill our water at the lift lobby. Location is a bit far. No amenities were provided. Do consider the towel hanging rack. Should tell the breakfast venue is not located in the same hotel.

It was great and nice location and service But just one thing about the breakfast, the food Variety is limited for customers who eat halal food .. + the taste of the coffee taste was SO BAD Please fix it

The location is outside the center city but via Uber taxi you can go everywhere. The rooms are spacious and well cleaned. Receptionist are willing to help you and I appreciated how they have managed inquired  of mine. Breakfast offers a varietà of food from sweet to salto and more,only i think it’s out of my standard because it results expensive for every day! At the end everthing was ok

This hotel is located a bit on the outskirts, but there's a large shopping mall within a kilometer. It only takes about thirteen minutes by taxi to the train station, so I found the transportation quite convenient. If you have a car, parking is free. I lost my phone and the front desk was very helpful in trying to find it for me. There's also a free water dispenser on the floor with options for hot, cold, sparkling, and room temperature water. The swimming pool and breakfast were also lovely.

Good for the price but definitely not 4 star hotel. Bed wasn't comfortable as 4 star should be outside of hotel has plenty free parking place also inside paid parking space.

I wish I could give it a better review because it actually deserves it with the quiet, spacious and clean rooms but my review is based on reality, not on theory. In the days of a heatwave the hotel had no... air conditioning. They didn't even explain the problem, they first told me it's something a technician should see in my room and fix it. If they can't, they will move me to another room. But it was a central A/C, so the probability of problem for only one room was very low. A few hours later when I returned they told me the problem is bigger and they are trying to fix it, it will be OK soon. And the problem is not only with my room, that's why they can't move me to a room with working A/C. Then they didn't fix it and I had to sleep in a sauna, which was not OK. I complained to trip.com and by the morning (they were unable to contact the hotel late in the evening which is another problem with the hotel service) they arranged for me to be moved in the adjacent building which is another hotel by the same owner. Why the hotel couldn't think of that obvious solution... I have no idea. One more reason for my low service rating. And finally, in the new hotel they offered me as a compensation... free access to pool and SAUNA. Thank you, but I already had mine in my room. Really a pity because it was supposed to be a great hotel - and if A/C was working, it would have been.

Good place to stay for a short stay. Not easily accessible though. Had to go to a different building for breakfast. Bathroom and shower weren't that great.

The hotel is generally quite good and offers a decent overall experience. The room was comfortable, and everything met basic expectations. However, there was a very serious issue during my stay. At around 1 a.m., while I was asleep, a stranger entered my room using a key. It appears that the front desk mistakenly gave another guest access to my room. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about guest safety and security. I strongly urge the hotel to review its procedures and ensure that such incidents do not happen again.
