DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel facilities were also excellent and well maintained. The only downside is that the hotel is quite far from the city centre. It would be a great improvement if the hotel could provide a shuttle bus service to the city, making it more convenient for guests to get around. The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay , there was a great variety of food and everything was super delicious! I was especially impressed by how quickly the staff replenished the dishes. Even though the breakfast area was quite crowded, the service was efficient and the staff remained attentive throughout. I was genuinely impressed by their effort and service. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back again soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Hilton group in general is great, but this particular one, is spectacular. The whole experience was great, from customer service, to the rooms and especially the pool. I really enjoyed staying there, and im looking forward to visting again. Thank you!

Really nice large room and large shower. The hotel is new and everything felt really luxurious. Breakfast was amazing and the swimming pool was something else. Apart from it's location, everything was perfect

Hotel service was good, hotel was clean, breakfast was very good

I stayed one night at the DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow for a two-day conference and was very impressed. The room was outstanding — spacious, spotless, with a roomy bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Service was excellent as well; staff kindly let me check in at 9am, which was a huge help. The only drawbacks were the location, which is a bit far from Krakow’s main attractions (though there are some good local restaurants nearby), and the conference space being in the underground level, which felt a little enclosed despite being perfectly functional. Overall, for comfort and service this hotel is hard to beat, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Krakow. Btw, room service in the morning was absolutely delicious.

Everthing was excellent. We loved the 2 night stay here. There could be water dispensers at the xommon places like in Doubletree Hilton WROCLAW. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.

Great tyical Hilton hotel, service, food, room and amenities as you would expect from a Hilton excepitional. Location not ideal as you need a taxi to venture as a tourist into Krakow, the aproach road is in very poor condition. However transport is very affordable in Krakow so just order a Uber.

Thank you for such a lovely and comfy stay with the outstanding service from the receptionists to the maids, the chefs, the staff, and the mechanic. All my needs and wants fully served perfectly. See you my second home in Krakow❤️❤️❤️
