Very nice and cozy hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Room are clean and great natural sunlight! Walking distance to all tourists attractions places. Hotel is surrounded by lots of great restaurants!

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the central station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly. I arrived around 12 PM and was able to check in immediately. The room was a bit small. There was no bathtub, only a shower, but it did have a rain shower. Toothbrushes and razors were not provided.

Great service, very lovely people at the reception. Fast check in and check out. Nice rooms. Definitely recommend.

The location was extremely convenient as we frequented Schindler's Factory, Auschwitz, Wieliczka Salt Mine, and the train station. The room was also very satisfying. It was great to have coffee available.

Too noisy during the whole day if your room was in front of the station. Too close to the crowded road. I can feel the vibrations when the train passing by. If you are light sleeper, not recommended this hotel.

Everything perfect especially the bed is very comfortable compared to other 4/5 star hotels. Nice location, very close to the central station. The reception people were nice in general but we did have a moment of bad feelings when checking in: we were trying to figure out all the info on the tablet and the girl at the reception asked very impatiently whether everything was ok; I explained I was looking at the options re pillows etc. and she said those were for regular guests (we are not their regulars of course) which felt a bit wired.

Located across the central train station, the hotel offers easy commute. Rooms are modern and nice, complementary coffee, and small but delicious breakfast.

Excellent hotel with convenient location.

The hotel is right opposite to the Krakow Main Station and a big shopping mall, and is around 10 minutes from the gate of the Old Town. The hotel has a cool lobby too. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was slightly too small but it got a very decent and cool decoration and could be controlled with a tablet (including the TV). The bed was comfortable. Yet, the lack of a gym/pool might be an issue to those who want to exercise. Overall, this is a hotel of very decent quality and professional staff!

Very near to the train/bus station. Excellent service. A downside is the tidiness of the room. There’s still rubbish in the bin when we arrived.

Good location super close to central train station and the main bus station. Super clean. Lots of amenities provided which is quite rare in hotels in Europe. Definitely recommend.
