It. Was a perfect location innthe centre. The staff were so lovely. The breakfast was everything you need. Delicious. The room was a great size. Bathroom clean and lovely. The beds were a bit soft for our liking, but it was only a few nights, and we dud sleep well. They looked after my bags on leaving day, as flight was a late one. We will recommend it and cant thank you enough for a great stay.

About 5/10 mins to the railway station and old town.

We booked this hotel just one day in advance for three people and stayed for one night. As it was my first time traveling abroad, I was a bit anxious, but the room's beautiful decor really put my mind at ease. We had a breakfast-included plan, and considering the last-minute booking, the price was very reasonable at around 15,000 yen (approximately 330 PLN) for three of us. The breakfast quality was also excellent, with no complaints. Thank you very much; I'll definitely stay here again when I next visit Krakow.

Hôtel is very old. Good thing there was an elevator to bring us to our room. Room is rather compact and eerie. In fact my daughter had an encounter with an entity which made her rather scared to walk on her own

The location is extremely convenient, right across from the train station and a large shopping mall. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, making it perfect for both shopping and sightseeing. However, the decor is dated, the Wi-Fi is slow, and the soundproofing isn't great – you can hear the trams passing by.

My stay was during July 2026. Chosen this hotel mainly becos of (1) it's location which is located next to Krakow's central train station (abt 5 to 10 minutes walk) & (2) the free daily breakfast included. The 02-storey hotel is house in a pre-WW2 building & therefore in my opinion was a bit run-down, however it has this old world charm about it which I like. Lastly, as my room was located on the 1st floor facing the street, therefore it can get quite noisy at times from the street activities (traffic, tram vibrations, people talking as they walked past beneath my room window etc..)

Location is very strategic and superb, close to railway station and also to the old town Room is clean and spacious Breakfast is nice and lots of varieties Top notch hotel!

And now, 2.5 years later, I returned to this wonderful original hotel. Rich breakfast, convenient location, friendly staff, large room with fridge and kettle. I hope to come back here again.

Good hotel with an older charm. It’s next to the main train station in Krakow and a less than 5 minute walk into the centre of old town. The breakfast is nice, only issue is it is right next to a busy tram stop and they’re a bit loud if you want to leave the window open at night other than that enjoyed my stay.

The staying is comfortable , starting with the warm welcome of the front desk . Love the decoration of the hotel , it’s giving European royalties vibes .
