"One of the best value for money hostels in the area. I stayed in a private room that was very spacious. It also included small but pretty balcony which was as nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom also was clean. The only two slight negatives being that it’s around a 25 minute walk to the centre , so you kind of have to commit if your going to pop their for the day but large issue if you enjoy a walk. Secondly the walls were a little thin and my bedroom was located next to the shared bathroom so I’d sometimes wake up in the morning to the sound of people on the toilet. Besides that on the whole was a good hostel."

"Great location with convenient parking. There's a tram stop right outside the hotel, making it super easy to get to the Old Town. Plus, there are convenience stores nearby. The room was comfortable and even more spacious than a typical Ibis, which was a pleasant surprise! 👍👍👍 It would be absolutely perfect if they added a mini-fridge. 🥰 Highly recommend! 🌹"

"This hotel is a short walk (around 10 minutes or one tram stop) away from the train station. The hotel has a somewhat dated look, a striking near-brutalist aesthetic. The interior is slightly more modern, with a 90s vibe. Nothing is broken and it does the job. Frankly I found the location to price to performance ratio very good for a hotel booked on the day of staying there. Overall, I had a good stay. The rooms are large too!"

"lovely hotel with excellent service from the room attendants to the receptionist nothing was too much trouble and it was clearly very efficiently run the room felt of a very high standard resulting in an excellent nights sleep after a long days discovering it was just far enough out of the centre to be tranquil yet easy to access the town via an excellent public transport system where you buy a ticket from the many ticket machines and you pay for the amount of time you are going to travel for example it used to take 20/25 mins on the tram to get into krakow so we would get a 60 minute ticket at a cost of 6zlotte each, the tickets were the same on all public transport so the same ticket was able to be used on train/tram or bus"

"Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of the old town. The location is excellent for exploring on foot. Rooms have charm but are quite dark, and power outlets are not conveniently placed for charging devices."

"We didn't have high expectations, but 4 stars should mean something. It started off nice, the service friendly. Then it started to fall apart. First the room was cold, so we turned on the air conditioning to heat (because there are no radiators in the rooms), after an hour the temperature didn't change, only the fan was running loudly and you could smell the dry air. In the meantime we asked at the reception for bathrobes for the pool and extra pillows, they were supposed to be brought to the room within 20 minutes. After 40 minutes we went to the reception and only then the receptionist had to bring bathrobes herself. We also informed them that the heating probably didn't work, we were moved to another room straight away, so at least that's a plus. The pool was very poor, quite cold (both water and air), probably that's why there were crowds in the sauna. The whole floor was covered in splashed water, the lifeguard was sitting and probably waiting for someone to slip... The loungers were tragically uncomfortable, after 15 minutes my butt was numb. Overall, the recreation area was done upside down just to get that extra star. The walls and doors in the hotel have no soundproofing whatsoever. Until midnight, we listened to children running and screaming in the corridor, and in the morning we were woken up by the same sounds. Breakfast buffet. For 60 PLN, it's veeeery poor. Overall, the hotel "restaurant" is more like a canteen, with only 8-10 person tables. Loud and crowded. Small selection of food, its appearance not very appetizing, questionable quality. I do not recommend. The hotel is one of those that you can only get by if you come here just to sleep. I have no complaints about the cleanliness, only the decor is already reeking of communism."

"Stupid hotel. Wanted to book a stay in Krakow, booked it through *********** , and suddenly plans changed . We cancelled the stay in 10minutes long in advance before the stay, and been refused a whole night charge. So been charged a whole night stay, after cancelling in advance. The cancellation policy obviously wasn’t easy to find and to seek, send them caries emails, and received absolutely nothing. Would I recommend it, absolutely not, only dodgy hotels charge full amount for 0 service. "
