Останавливалась в командировке на 3 ночи. Гостиница в центре, рядом жд вокзал, Филармония, рестораны... Персонал приветливый. Дали номер на 2-м этаже, в хитром закутке, куда не с первого раза и зайдешь... Вместо карты-ключа выдают ключ с очень тяжелым брелоком. Видно, отель старый, навели косметический ремонт и сдают. Балкона нет. Номер очень тесный и неудобный, нет прикроватного света, тумбочки. В номере есть холодильник, телевизор, кондиционер. В ванной набор: шампунь, паста, мыло, которые не пенятся - лучше брать с собой. Нет тапочек. Но все это ерунда, самое критичное, за что снижаю оценку - отсутствие горячей воды! И утром, и вечером вода бежит чуть-чуть теплая, сколько ее ни сливай!.. К тому же сантехника бежит, с краном в душе справиться было очень сложно. Завтраки приличные, голодным не уйдете. Знала бы обо всех особенностях, лучше переплатить и снять номер в просторном Платане 4*, что стоит по соседству и кардинально отличается в лучшую сторону.
