Very basic but clean, tidy and quiet. Don't expect too much but good to spend a night. It is not a five star stay, but the price reflects that. But the basics such as shower and bed are okay. See if you have a room with a window..

We did not sleep in this room; or we don't turn on the air conditioning and the room is a furnace, or we turn it on and the cold air is directed onto the bed all night... The sheets are not clean, nor are the towels; the latter do not smell good; we sleep with a duvet without a cover and we can wonder if it is washed between two customers. The room has no storage, no amenities like a fridge or kettle, nor any small toiletries; there isn't even a toothbrush. The bathroom is small and dismal; everything is old and uncomfortable. The staircase to the second floor is very steep and dangerous. The manager rents bikes in very poor condition for a price that is not at all attractive. If you go to the island, it is better to rent the bike there; it's the same price, the bikes are better and you don't have to pay to cross it. The entire family lives on the lower floor around the guests. It's not pleasant when you eat.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très gentils, il y à une super vue sur le Mékong et les chambres sont très agréables. De plus ils ont de nombreuses activités à vous proposer, je vous recommande grandement ce guesthouse lors de votre séjour à Kratié ! Enjoy !
