The staff was very helpful. They connected us with their friend who has a boat to take us out on the sea

First of all, don't let the beautiful pictures of this hotel fool you. Yes, it is quite nice up on the terrace and the rooms are clean and modern, but it is FAR away from a 4 star hotel. When we arrived the reception was empty and we had to ring the bell a couple of times before someone came to greet us. Afterwards we learned that this is the status of the reception all the time, no one is there. Reason why? The guy "working" sits (or lays on the sofa) on the roof terrace playing with his phone. He also did just that one evening when we wanted to have drinks on the terrace. He didn't even look at us and after sitting down at the table for a while we decided to leave. Unbelievable! Later that night we once again rung the bell for a staff member at the reception to mention about a smoke alarm that was beeping for low battery just outside of our room. The guy came, looked like as if he didn't understand the problem but started to call someone. 24 hours later the alarm was still beeping and so was another one down the hall. The constant beeping kept my spouse up almost all night. The second night there was a different man working and he luckily fixed the issue. Must have been a first time for him checking the smoke alarm though, because even though we explained it will stop beeping if you just change the battery he started to take the whole device apart. The breakfast was average. Some good sweet things. We went only 30 minutes after they started the breakfast service and already all the fruits looked like they had been sitting there for days. The pool is small and so is the pool area which was also very crowded. On the positive note parking a car was easy either right infront of the hotel or in a garage. Also like I mentioned the room was clean and fresh. Except that when we first entered the room the towel rack dropped off from the bathroom wall but that they fixed quickly. The only staff member who really deserves thanks in our opinion was the cleaning lady, who despite a language barrior was the first one to try and help us with the issues we had (and did a perfect job with the room). I'm convinced there are many better options in Ksamil for that price.

Excellent service, staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and kept very clean. Hotel seems very new and decoration is in good order - well finished. Breakfast has lots of variety, something for everyone. Short walk from the beach down a steep hill.

Thank you mirel and alba the hotel is amazing with stunning views and location, you all have been so helpful warm and friendly... i will be reccomending everyone coming to ksmil to stay at your lovely hotel lots of love the girls! P.s make sure you go to bora bora beach early before people arrive to get the pics
