Lans Hotel

One of the worst and most disgraceful hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The management is dishonest, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. They manipulate their own policies depending on what suits them, mislead guests, and then simply stop responding when there is a problem. This is not how a hotel that welcomes international tourists should operate. There is absolutely no sense of responsibility, professionalism or basic respect for guests. Think twice before trusting this hotel with your money or your reservation.

0 customer service, management lack everything. Save your money and go somewhere else. Dirty rooms for the price we asked it to be cleaned X2

We had a great stay! The view from the pool is beautiful, the hotel and rooms are very clean, and the staff are amazing. The staff are so kind and ready to help you with whatever you need. We liked staying up on the hill as it was much quieter than the main center. The main center is still walkable but the hills may be a challenge for people with mobility issues since the taxi are very very expensive. Overall would highly recommend if that is not an issue for you.

Incredible hotel!!! Must stay! Nothing was ever too much trouble. We asked for extra pillows, Within minutes we had them. The guy on reception was amazing, he helped us with bookings, advice, taxis, gave us towels to take the the beach for the day. Mikel at the bar made us amazing drinks all day long, the pizza by the pool was perfect. The hotel and room was immaculate, super clean, modern ans the cleaners did a wonderful job daily making our room up. Nothing to fault and would recommend in a heart beat. It’s on a hill but you get used to it and I’d rather be there with that view and hotel than down in the heart of Ksamil - tranquil and fantastic! We’d go back for sure

A great little hotel with the most amazing views over Ksmal - a short walk from the town but worth it as hotel very quiet. Lovely swimming pool although shame it wasn’t open before breakfast as we would’ve liked to swim then. Room and beds comfy. Staff were all excellent! Especially Ari who recommended a couple of good restaurants- The Mussel House - superb! & Guvat - go to watch sunset. The beaches he recommended were also good. It really makes a difference when staff are knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Views were amazing. Breakfast was simple but enough for us. We missed a restaurant at the hotel. When you went down to the village you had to climb up to to hotel which was pretty rough. Although in this heat.
